Design, Manufacturing, Installation, and Commissioning of Gantry CNC Milling Machine
In this project, Behyar Mechatronic Sepahan was responsible for the design of the control system, supply of automation equipment, and full commissioning of a gantry-type CNC stone cutting machine. This machine was implemented with the aim of increasing accuracy, speed, and quality in the cutting process of various construction and industrial stones.

The control system of this machine is based on an industrial CNC controller, high-precision servo motors, and an operator HMI panel, enabling straight, angled, and multi-axis cutting operations with high accuracy.
The use of high-quality industrial components and optimized programming has significantly increased the machine’s service life and reduced operator errors.
In this project, all stages including electrical panel design, CNC programming, axis tuning, operational testing, and operator training were carried out by the technical team of Behyar Mechatronic Sepahan, and the machine was successfully commissioned on the customer’s production line.
